It is illegal to copy copyrighted material. Therefore, if an item that you wish to copy is copyrighted, or appears to be copyrighted, we will refuse to copy it unless you have a signed release form stating you have received permission to copy said material. For large quantities ask a sales representative for a quote. It's possible your copy job can be turned into a print job, with a savings to you.

Price based on type of fold, not size of paper (a z-fold is one pass, French fold is two passes through the folder). Ask a sales rep about our envelope inserting capabilities.

UPS shipping
Herald Journal does send and receive shipment via United Parcel Service of America (UPS), and has the ability to ship your package. Herald Journal is not a UPS store. After the UPS shipping charge has been figured, these charges will be added to the bill to cover any expenses HJ would incur.

Production Charges
Basic production fees (all information provided)

1) Full-color business card

• Two proofs included - after second proof, changes will be made per request
and an additional $18 will be charged.
Example - Business cards - $35 charge includes two proofs. If you provide more changes after first submitting information and seeing two proofs, an extra $18 will be added per proof change.

• If copy is done for one item, all other items will be charged $15
Example - You need a full-color business card and a two-sided postcard designed. Your charge would be $110 for production work ($95 for the postcard, $15 for the one-sided business card

Products in this catalog will be produced using a digital full-color process. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colors on each order will match the original art or previous sample. Our goal is to provide realistic color that is a close representation of the original photo or sample.

If an exact color match needs to be achieved, please ask a sales representative for a quote.

All photos presented to Herald Journal for commercial reproduction must be accompanied with a photo release form.
